Do you have any plant recommendations?

Hi,
The time has come for us to invest in some plants for the roof terrace.
We do not live in Algorfa but spend a lot of time there when we can. We are interested in planting plants that can survive without the need to be watered on a regular basis, (we visit on average every 2 months). They would be planted in pots.
We would be grateful if any of you could recommend different types of plants to us.

I would personally go and visit one of the local garden centres and get local knowledge. We did this when we wanted plants for Cecilia Apartments and havnt been able to fault plants recommended to us. I would recommend plants like Yuccas and similar evergreen types like we have for houseplants in the UK which dont require a lot of watering. We eventually used the plant shop in the middle of the village but I cant remember its name im sure somebody will remind me.
